Leaks

There have been four sources of water leak causing damage in lag:

1. Gutter pipes going inside at the back upstairs. This was addressed in cooperation with the Binnenpret Bouwgroup, and during the renovation of LAG. However, this leak source — e.g. the gutters outside — requires periodic maintenance (cleaning) every few months!

1. Above the front windows on the ground floor there were sometimes (during heavy rain periods) water dripping from the ceiling. There were attempts by LAG and Binnenpret residents to address this as well.

The file above gives some explanation and there are some photos about this too.

1. The sink at some point was installed to the right of the entrance door and pipes in the wall have been leaking into the wall and onto the floor, causing mold to develop in and on the furface of the wall. There was some attempt to address this during the LAG renovation. Maybe the sink will be installed at another place.

2. Mate machine was standing without cleaning on the ground floor next to the sink and oozed Ghost Buster level goo onto the floor, causing more mold to develop undre the floor. This has been completely addressed during the floor renovation.
